Website Redesign

Your site isn't the problem. Nobody audited it.

Most Irish SMB websites don't need a full rebuild — they need an honest diagnosis first. We audit what's broken, refresh what can be saved, and only rebuild when it genuinely makes sense for your business.

Common symptoms

If one of these feels familiar, it's time.

Most Irish SMB websites that come to us share two or three of these symptoms. If you're nodding at any — the site is costing you more than you realise.

Loads like it's 2012
Phone users bounce before the page finishes.
Looks broken on mobile
70% of your traffic is squinting at a desktop site.
Invisible on Google Ireland
Competitors with worse services rank above you.
Bounce rate over 70%
Visitors arrive, look once, and leave.
CMS you can't use
Updating a phone number means emailing an agency.
No lead capture
Visitors leave without giving you any way to follow up.
How we diagnose

Three pillars, one honest report.

We don't just look at colours and fonts. A proper redesign starts with a proper audit — technical, search, and conversion.

Technical

What's broken under the hood

Load speed & Core Web Vitals
Mobile responsiveness issues
Broken links & redirects
Security & SSL gaps
Hosting & uptime reality
Search & visibility

Why Google can't find you

On-page SEO gaps
Missing schema & metadata
Local SEO / Google Business mismatches
Indexing issues
Competitor gap analysis
Conversion

Why visits aren't turning into work

Unclear value proposition
Weak or missing calls-to-action
Lead capture friction
Content that talks about you, not the customer
Trust signals missing or dated
How we approach it

Diagnosis first. Rebuild only if needed.

Four stages. The audit tells us whether steps 3–4 are really needed, or whether a targeted refresh does the job.

01

Diagnose

Week 1

Full audit: technical, SEO, conversion. You get a written report.

02

Prescribe

Week 1–2

We decide: refresh, rebuild, or mixed approach. You approve.

03

Rebuild

Weeks 2–5

Design, build, content migration, SEO preservation.

04

Relaunch

Week 6+

Go-live with 301 redirects, monitoring, and training.

Is it a fit?

We'd rather refresh than rebuild — if we honestly can.

Not every old site needs a full tear-down. Here's where we stand.

Right fit
We should talk if…
Your current site feels embarrassing to hand a business card referring to
Google traffic has dropped and you don't know why
You can't update content without paying someone
You're migrating off a platform that no longer fits your business
You've grown — but the site still looks like a sole trader site
Not a fit
We'll point you elsewhere if…
Your site is 2 years old and works fine — save the money
You want to start from scratch with no audit — see Website Design
You're looking for a cosmetic colour change only — that's not a redesign
You're not willing to preserve SEO equity (redirects, URL strategy matter)
Tech we build with

We work with what you have — or migrate you where it makes sense.

WordPress
Webflow
Squarespace → WordPress
Wix → Webflow
Custom → Headless
Shopify refresh
What we typically rescue

Common redesign scenarios.

Most of our rebuild projects fall into one of these.

Dated service business sites
Broken e-commerce rescues
Platform migrations
Google penalty recovery
Brand refresh rebuilds
Mobile-first rescues
Slow site rescues
SEO-preserving redesigns
Common questions

Rebuild questions, honestly answered.

The questions Irish SMBs ask us most often.

Only if the job is done badly. We map every old URL to a new one with 301 redirects, preserve your content structure, and monitor rankings for 60 days post-launch. Done properly, a rebuild improves rankings — not hurts them.
That's what the audit tells us. If the bones are decent (CMS is modern, hosting is sound, structure is fine), a refresh saves thousands. If the site is on a dying platform or fundamentally broken, a rebuild is honest work. We tell you straight.
Everything worth keeping gets migrated. We also tidy, reformat, and SEO-optimise content in the process. Outdated blog posts get archived properly (not deleted). Your team photos might get new crops, but you keep your originals.
Most Irish SMB redesigns run 5–8 weeks from audit to launch. Larger sites with hundreds of pages or complex e-commerce can take 10–12. We give you a firm timeline after the audit — not before.
Depends on the audit findings. If your current platform is a genuine limitation, we'll recommend moving. If it's just been configured badly, we can usually rescue it on the same platform and save you the migration.
Zero. We stage the new site, test thoroughly, and cut over DNS at an off-hours time (typically late evening midweek). Visitors never see a broken site. Email and other services stay untouched.
