Usually no. If Calendly, Acuity, SimplyBook — whatever you use — has an API or webhooks (most do), we work with it. We'll only suggest a change if your tool is genuinely blocking the workflow you want.
Yes. Deposits are typically added as a Stripe Checkout redirect after slot selection, or as an embedded form on the booking confirmation page. Customer stays on your site — payment happens, booking confirms only if payment succeeds.
Refund rules are configurable by you — full refund up to X hours before, partial after that, no refund within X hours. Automated refund execution, email notification, slot freed back up automatically. No manual work for your team.
Yes, they can override manually from the CRM or admin panel. We build in a 'manual booking' flow that runs the same automations as online bookings — so manual bookings still get SMS reminders, CRM records, etc.
