What's included

Everything your client-facing delivery needs.

Build quality is expected. What makes this model work is the layer of professional presentation on top of it.

All written deliverables

Proposals, technical specs, progress reports — drafted in your voice, under your agency's template, ready for you to send.

Staging environments

Hosted under a neutral or your own subdomain. Your client gets a link from you. Crescentek never appears in URLs, footers, or SSL certs.

Communication scripts

Stuck explaining a technical delay to your client? We write the update for you. You send it. They hear from their agency, not a sub-contractor.

Presentation-ready outputs

Slide decks, handover documentation, training guides — formatted the way your agency would format them, without our name in the metadata.

The two layers

One project. Two separate views.

Your client only ever sees the top layer. Everything from Crescentek stays in your internal workflow.

When it fits

Five situations where this model works.

Client-facing delivery isn't for every project — but for these scenarios, it's the right call.

You won a client your agency doesn't have the internal capacity to deliver
You need to maintain the illusion of a full in-house team
You're pitching a capability you want to test before hiring for it permanently
Your senior developer is tied up and you need another pair of hands that won't confuse the client
You want to expand into web development without building an internal team yet
When it doesn't work
  • · You want to tell the client a third party is involved from day one
  • · The client is a developer who will inspect commits and question authorship
  • · You need us to manage project timelines and client meetings directly
Common questions

Client-facing delivery questions answered.

The questions Irish SMBs ask us most often.

Anything your client receives: proposals, project briefs, progress updates, staging links, handover documentation, training guides. We prepare them under your agency's name and style — you review, adjust, and send.
Yes. Share a few previous client emails so we can match your tone, and we'll draft updates as if your account manager wrote them. You edit and send. This is especially useful when you need to explain a technical issue without revealing sub-contractor involvement.
We can prepare you for that conversation. We don't attend client meetings, but we can brief you technically so you can represent the project confidently. For some agencies, that's enough. Others schedule team meetings with senior staff only — which is a normal agency practice.
We build on our infrastructure and either migrate to your hosting at launch, or set up under a subdomain you control from the start. Your client's staging link shows your domain or a neutral URL — never crescentek.ie.
We take precautions: no code comments, no metadata, no links in footers or source code. There's no Crescentek presence in any deliverable. We can't control all internet searches, but we can make sure nothing we produce leads there.
As much or as little as you want. For simple builds, most agencies relay a brief and get back a finished product. For complex projects, we agree a structured update cadence so you always have something to forward to the client.

Send us your next client brief.

We'll scope it, build it, and hand it back under your name — proposal and all.
